Environmental Responsibility
Carbon Compliance Data Service
Carbon data support for EU-bound customers: product carbon footprint calculation, supply-chain Scope 3 data transfer, and EU customer questionnaire response. To be explicit: CBAM currently covers only cement, iron & steel, aluminium, fertilisers, hydrogen and electricity — petroleum products are outside the list. This service addresses real data demands arising from CSRD and customers’ own Scope 3 targets, rather than preparing CBAM reports that do not apply.
Green Supply Chain Management
Establish green procurement standards, conduct supplier environmental impact assessments, and optimize logistics routes to reduce transport carbon emissions. Drive collaborative emission reduction across the supply chain with eco-certified partners.
Carbon Emission Methodology
GHG Protocol-based carbon accounting covering Scope 1 (direct emissions), Scope 2 (indirect energy emissions), and Scope 3 (supply chain indirect emissions). Automated calculation via proprietary emission factor database and DCS direct data acquisition. Third-party verification mechanism in planning.
CBAM Readiness & Response
The EU CBAM entered its definitive phase on 1 January 2026: certificates go on sale in February 2027 and the first annual declaration and surrender is due 30 September 2027. SNSUC works "determine first, calculate second" — confirm by CN code whether goods are actually in scope before setting the data preparation scope, so clients do not pay for obligations they do not have.
Social Responsibility
Supply Chain Due Diligence
Supplier social responsibility assessments, anti-forced labor compliance reviews, and conflict minerals policy. Regular due diligence and compliance audits across the supply chain to ensure alignment with international labor and human rights standards.
Employee Development & Safety
Fair employment practices, structured training and career development pathways, and a safe, healthy workplace.
Safe & Compliant Logistics
Strict adherence to petroleum product transport regulations with established safety management systems and emergency response plans. End-to-end cross-border logistics compliance with green logistics initiatives.
Governance
SNSUC has established a comprehensive corporate governance framework. See Corporate Governance for details.
Anti-Corruption & Compliance
Anti-corruption policy and code of business conduct with regular compliance training. Zero-tolerance standards for all employees and partners.
Risk Management Framework
Enterprise-level risk management framework with robust internal controls and audit mechanisms. Systematic identification, assessment, and response to operational, compliance, market, and carbon trading risks.
Data Governance & ESG Disclosure
Trade data on-chain notarization with traceable, verifiable carbon emission data. Regular ESG KPI assessment providing the data foundation for green finance and carbon asset pledging.
