Petchem re-export chains are long with many parties; 'one bill, many pledges' has long bred credit risk. SNSUC pushes proof to the edge: when a user submits a bill of lading, third-party inspection or warehouse receipt in the browser, the front end computes a SHA-256 fingerprint and chains it with timestamp, operator and device traits—an tamper-evident 'evidence fingerprint'.

The digital warrant is itself an on-chain asset; every title transfer (transfer, pledge, release) writes to the same hash chain, so any node can verify 'current holder' and 'history'. Because the fingerprint is hard-bound to the warrant, the same paper bill cannot be re-pledged within SNSUC unnoticed.

For the seven crude grades, each cargo of ESPO/Dubai/Oman/Urals/Basrah Light/Bonny Light/Lula maps to a unique digital warrant and fingerprint sequence; with LC-side document-consistency checks, the re-export loop upgrades from 'trust-based' to 'cryptographic-proof-based', cutting due-diligence cost for financiers and banks.
