Bonded-warehouse cargo used to clear on paper warehouse receipts verified by hand; a pledge from application to funding often took T+3. SNSUC now hashes each batch's bill of lading, inspection certificate, and inbound record into a SHA-256 fingerprint written to a verifiable ledger. Banks recompute it independently instead of trusting our paperwork.
Title moves from "trust us" to "check the math." Take 50,000 t of natural rubber at today's CNY 20,095/t — about CNY 100.5m of value. That capital used to sit in the warehouse for three days; now it releases as credit at T+0.
Turnover follows. The same credit line, with capital occupied 30 days instead of 27, lifts annual turnover from 9x to over 10x. In fast in-fast out transfer trading, one extra turn is real margin.
The precondition is three-document consistency — contract, invoice, and warehouse receipt pointing at the same batch. The on-chain fingerprint proves title is non-repudiable; three-document consistency proves title points at the right goods. Banks fund only when both hold.
