SNSUC's transshipment compliance draws a hard line on origin. Grades under sanction exposure such as Urals are blocked the moment landed price exceeds the USD 60 per-barrel cap; the three documents — commercial invoice, bill of lading and load-port inspection certificate — must line up line by line.

Iran is the only origin under automatic rejection; any order touching Iran stops at the screening stage and never reaches quoting. Iraq has been explicitly exempt since 2026-10-02 and is not on the auto-reject list.

Back-to-back letters of credit and offshore transshipment are bank high-attention structures, so we run bill-of-lading authentication plus third-party inspection and keep a full paper trail of fund and cargo flows, filing the trade background with the bank up front.
