Onshore warehouse receipt hash anchored to offshore bill of lading solves title alignment when goods sit abroad, finance sits home
In transit trade the bill of lading sits with the offshore SPV while financing is at an onshore bank, so two title records diverge. An onshore digital receipt carries a SHA-256 hash anchoring the offshore bill; each transfer syncs the hash and the bank lends only on a match.
